Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach, however you should not feel hungry when starting the workout either. But if you are a bit hungry, having a piece of fruit or half a bagel is just fine. Also, whenever possible find a quiet place to practice your Yoga so that you can fully experience what Yoga has to offer. And remember, if you are tight on time, consistency is more important than how long the workout is so even if you only have 5 minutes to do a few stretches or breathing exercises, great! Just stay consistent. You may also consider having a few different Yoga workout videos that vary in format, length and intensity so you can change up the workouts regularly.
