How to Heal Anxiety

Anxiety is a psychological and physiological state characterized by cognitive, somatic, emotional and behavioral components. These creates an unpleasant feeling which is typically associated with uneasiness, apprehension, fear or worry. The difference between fear and anxiety is that, fear is present when you don't know what is about to happen after a decision it to be made while anxiety is felt because of having a perception of what is going to happen which is uncontrollable and unavoidable.
